Shoaib Akhtar will out of the next month`s ICC T20 World due to his genital viral warts and the wound and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed it.The Medical Board has reported that Shoaib Akhtar was suffering from Genital Viral Warts and Electrofulgration and has undergone electrofulgation treatment and requires further treatment for another minimum Ten days, which rules him out of participation in the ICC World Twenty20 tournament, which begins on 5th June in England.
